The museum is organized into three large sections: the first section, representing the Middle Age, when Targoviste itself was the country's first cultural center, exerting influences in the all broad romanian space; the second one is that of the national awakening poets, arisen from its lands like a natural echo. The third section is dedicated to the writers borned under its skies or brought to life, for a second or for eternity, among these places where the writting couldn't not enter into resonance and vibrate for a long time.
